The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Lead transformative IT initiatives that drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. Manage project teams responsible for fulfilling enterprise project plans rooted in technology and achieving all deliverables. Plan, coordinate, lead, facilitate, provide status reports, and ensure stability of project management processes and methodologies. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure enterprise projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet assigned expectation. Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects by defining roles and responsibilities and arranging assignments for key project participants. Develop/define, publish, and execute project plan (e.g., Statement of Work (SOW), work plans and schedules, budgets, and deliverable/responsibility matrices. May serve as a consultant and advisor to leadership and staff in the application of project management tools and methods. Mentor Business Analysts to facilitate their career progression. Primary point of contact for a given project.
