Assistant Director for Academic Enrichment will develop and provide services to evaluate and enhance students’ ability to succeed in Health Sciences Multicultural and Community Affairs (HS-MACA) programs including advising students with academic concerns regarding available resources to ensure their academic success, developing and implementing programming activities focused on the retention of students, and delivering training as needed. Key responsibilities include supervising Post-baccalaureate Program Coordinator, conducting needs assessments, developing individual education plans, conducting skills training sessions, coordinating tutoring and mentoring programs, and completing various administrative functions. Masters’ degree in Education or related field and 2 years of experience working in education at the secondary or collegiate levels required.
