We are looking for an Sales Coordinator Supervisor to join our Lincoln team. The Sales Coordinator Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the sales processing team and works closely with the sales teams at each location to ensure all sales are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for invoicing equipment, settling equipment with John Deere, posting accounting transactions, and reconciling John Deere payables, sales and inventory accounts.

Responsibilities:

Supervises, trains, and develops AKRS Sales Processing team to administer sales processing and financing procedures.
Responsible for ensuring all sales are processed and invoiced timely and accurately.
Maintains a professional leadership style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability among the team.
Reconcile sales accounts, identifying discrepancies and determining corrective action.
Sets standards and mentors team members in sound financial practices.

Requirements:

3+ years of administrative experience or accounting position preferred
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals such as debit, credit, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Exceptional interpersonal, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word and Internet based tools
Highly motivated, forward-thinking individual with managerial ability.
Strong software and systems acumen.
