Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and adults with speech, language, and communication disorders. Opportunities to serve in a variety of settings including: pediatric clinic, school, outpatient clinic, home health, and/or
hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
New graduates may be considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
