Transportation Coordinator

Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.

The schedule or this position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with no Weekends or Holidays.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Perform transportation and paratransit scheduling, routing, and dispatching duties; operates a variety of communication equipment, including telephone, computer, mobile dispatch terminal and scheduling systems with Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL). Responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring computerized driver manifests/schedules; and responds to requests for service and provides a variety of information to Immanuel staff, participants and residents

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Must be 21 years of age.

Valid Drivers license is required.

In Iowa, Chauffer's license will be required prior to hire.

Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiners Certificate.
