Part time Lead Server

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part time Lead Server to work approximately 12-15 hours/week at Immanuel Village, located at 6803 North 68th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Village has 99 independent living and 36 assisted living apartment homes. The schedule for this position will be 4:00pm-7:00pm Friday, Saturday, and Monday plus a Sunday shift 10:00am-2:00pm. Holidays are required if they land on your normal workday.

This position will pay up to $17.00/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this position.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum age of 16 years old required for this position.
